Project Management Program: PRINCE2® Practitioner Course – 2 days (English)

Course Overview

PRINCE2® is a de facto standard developed and used extensively by the UK government and is widely recognized and used in the private sector, both in the UK and internationally. It embodies established and proven best practice in project management.

Mainly based on practical exercises, the PRINCE2® Practitioner program provides attendees with an advanced understanding of PRINCE2® key concepts and processes to successfully manage their projects and pass the PRINCE2® Practitioner certification.

Prerequisites

Course participants must hold one of the following certifications:

  • PRINCE2 Foundation
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
  • IPMA Level A® (Certified Projects Director)
  • IPMA Level B® (Certified Senior Project Manager)
  • IPMA Level C® (Certified Project Manager)
  • IPMA Level D® (Certified Project Management Associate)

Duration

  • 2 days.
  • Including sample examination and preparation to re-enforce the knowledge gained.
  • The PRINCE2® Practitioner exam is done following a review of the previous day’s content on the morning of the second day.
  • This is a scenario based exam of 2.5 hours consisting of 8 questions, subdivided in several lines. A successful candidate will get at least 55 % of the questions right.
