Ahead Technology announces today that Procom, a leader and innovator in the IT staffing industry and Ahead Technology have signed an agreement whereby Ahead Technology will provide Procom with instructor-led, virtual classroom and e-learning ITSM related training solutions which will be made available to Procom consultants and clients throughout North America. In addition Procom will tap into Ahead Technologies pool of highly skilled ITSM practitioners to provide additional skills resources to their clients.

Under this agreement Procom will become a Loyalist Certification Services (LCS) ITIL® Accredited Training Associate (ATA) sponsored by Ahead Technology allowing Procom to offer a full suite of accredited ITIL®, Cobit®, and ISO/IEC 20000® training programs developed by Ahead Technology to their consultants and clients.
