1.  Instructors - ITSM Practitioners

Ahead Technology is seeking ITSM best practices instructors located in Canada and United States. Please forward your updated CV if you possess:

• One or more ITIL ®, COBIT®, ISO/IEC20000, Project Management Certifications; and
• Appropriate practical adult education experience; and
• ITSM real life practitioner experiences; and
• The passion to deliver best practices training programs; and
• Exceptional command of English and/or French languages; and
• Have the flexibility and willingness to travel.

2.  Professional ITSM Consultants

Our team of professionals possess a wealth of “Real Life” and practical ITSM experience. As you have the experience and the ability to manage ITSM projects from inception to steady state, we are interested in speaking with you. We are seeking ITSM Consultants with a proven track record and experience of taking ownership and accepting accountability of ITSM programs in the public or private sectors.
